This policy covers personal software projects built and operated by Corneliu Iancu (contact: corneliu.iancu27@gmail.com), including a personal AI assistant that can connect to Google Workspace APIs (e.g. Gmail) on behalf of its single authorized user.
These projects are personal, non-commercial, and not offered to the public. The only person authorized to use them, and the only Google Account granted access, is the developer's own account.
Where Gmail access is used, it is limited to the OAuth scopes explicitly granted (currently: read-only Gmail access and Gmail draft/compose access). This access is used solely so the developer's own AI assistant can read, search, organize, and draft email on the developer's behalf, at the developer's own request.
OAuth tokens and any retrieved email data are stored only on infrastructure the developer directly owns and operates. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Data is not used to train any third-party model beyond the AI provider directly invoked by the developer's own assistant to process a given request.
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account › Security › Third-party access.
This policy may be updated as these personal projects evolve. Contact the email above with any questions.
